We have used Ken's services for 11 years. He has always been prompt and careful in his work. He diagnoses and fixes the problem correctly..every time. He has a reassuring low, key demeanor that makes him a pleasure to work with. Just excellent all around.

I've been using Ken for a few years for real estate clients (all who have been highly satisfied with him) and for service/replacement at my own home. He is very responsive to all calls, doesn't charge an arm and a leg and provides great followup to all work performed. I would highly suggest anyone in need of a quality HVAC company to give Ken a call.

We've been using Ken for about 10 years. I wouldn't trust our HVAC needs to anyone else. He's reliable and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable, and, more importantly, he doesn't sell more than you need.

I naturally waited until the first cold snap to fire up the furnace, and it was dead. This was of course a Saturday and so I was hoping to get it taken care of in 4-5 days at the soonest. I called Ken, and within an hour he was on the job and got it running. He said he normally doesn't work Saturdays, but he knew a lot of people would be waking up to cold houses this morning so he stayed on...
