Terrible. We had an HVAC system installed last yr. Owner informed us he didn't install a switch for the system. He would get it and install in the next couple of days. We called after two weeks. He told us it was in his truck and he would bring that afternoon. We still do not have the referred to part. Hoping to give him a chance to redeem himself we made an appointment with him today to...

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I made 2 appointments and they never showed up or even called to let me know that they wouldn't be coming. HORRIBLE! Save your time and energy. Call someone who will value you as a customer and get your job done in a timely manner.
