I definitely would hire someone else. Technician was friendly, but work was shoddy. The problem was solved after he left, but it failed the next time. When I called the company, I was assured that someone would check it in a day or two. No one showed up at the appointed time and no follow-up call until it was too late (even though I called to check status). I worked my schedule around the...
