Working with Alex at Aim Fitness is completely changing the way I feel about exercise, and about myself. It's like having someone to play with at the gym. He's completely positive, and supportive, and his inspiring attitude is changing MY outlook. Also, it's much less costly than I expected so I think I'll be seeing him for personal training for a long time.

The staff there is knowlegeable and considerate, and I never had the high pressure experience that I did in other gyms. The locker room is too small, but it doesn't effect the overall experience at all.

Aim Fitness offers a lot of things for triathletes, cyclists, and runners. They have 10 Cyclops indoor cycling bikes with built in power meters, 6 computrainers, an altitude training chamber, USAT triathlon coaches, yoga classes specific to athletes, pilates for core training, and certified/experienced coaches and trainers to help you get faster and stronger!
