Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are clever and offer great service with reasonable prices. It's hard to find a repair company that fits both of those qualifications anywhere.

The technician came by early and spent about half an hour diagnosing the freezer and checking parts out, explaining what he was doing and showing me the entire way. The tech knows what he's doing and is conscience - best customer service. If another appliance needs repair, I will be sure to call.
