This historic building is in the heart of Mount Vernon and next to the Washington monument park. Not bad rent for the area but there are some issues. The elevator tends to break down several times a year. Also there have been problems with mice, but it is the city.
When you call for maintenance they are pretty quick responding. Management is helpful and polite.
