This posting is a month late (sorry)but Alex was the only contractor out of three that walked us through everything we would need and why he recommended something. We had already bought some materials and this didn't deter him from working with us he actually told us we didn't have enough wood for one of the rooms and let us know how much we needed. Often renovations prove emotionally trying. Not this time. Alex is a consummate professional and his people are too. He is friendly, honest, and helpful with all kinds of important information. And he's a very nice guy. His work is excellent and dealing with him couldn't be easier. His prices are also better than competitive. I have no complaints only complete satisfaction.

Alex (the owner) means well but he has two major strikes against him that I only discovered AFTER the work as nearly done. First, he can't see very well at all which turned out to significantly effect the quality of the refinished floor. Second, he is NOT a renovator he is an installer - big difference. I showed him our renovation job and he jumped in before realizing the difficulty and he...
