worst experience ever . the stylist were rude as hell. talked about customers in their native language. I wasted $180. my twist fell out after A FEW DAYS. DON T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. you ll regret it.

I have never seen such unprofessional business women in my life. These women talked on the phone while doing peoples hair. They walked outside to talk to their friends while people sat in the chair waiting for their hair to be finished. They talked in there native language mixed with english and talked about the customers while using profanity. They took lunch breaks while people waited for their hair to be finished. Needless to say, I will never go there again. There were also to other ladies in the shop the day I went and they both said they will never go to the Durham store on...

I went here last Wednesday to get flat twist. They where fine until 5 days later. I spent $120 so I called today and they told me to come in. I get there and told them what I wanted.
