The one star rating is due to a multitude of things. Mainly the lack of open communication and inability to receive callbacks or return emails in a timely manner. And then 5 days before the wedding, as we were boarding our flight to the event that had been in the works for almost an entire year they apparently forgot to mention that we needed $1000 in extra equipment. It was simply the business...
