Don't waste your time with Aerotek! Aerotek are just "characters who look at people seeking jobs the same way butchers look at their wares. To them the job market is just a meat market." Employment agencies are totally unnecessary. Companies can post jobs on many job seeking search engines, like monster.com, careerbuilder.com , jobing.com , and or even on their own company website.

My experience has been it takes a while for the agency to get ahold of you after you apply. I was also told by the temp agency that I could get hired on as a perminate employee quickly which is not the case. The company I work for treats temps as nothing more than temps not including them in meetings or anything to do with the company.

I've got to give Aertok big CHEERS! After five months without a job and signed with several other employment placement agencies in the Valley--Aerotek was the only agency who was able to place me in a good paying, GREAT job!!! thank you Aerotek!

Our company uses Aerotek frequently. I have never had issues with the employees they send over. The staff is friendly and always willing to help when I need them. The accounting department is wel organized and I don't have any issues with the billing invoices.
