Ordered wheels and handlebars. Received wrong color of handlebars. Correct pair of handlebars were shipped,and received clearly used.

Ordered a crank arm over two months ago, they claimed it went missing so they were going to overnight the part "asap" and it's been over two weeks. They haven't responded to my emails about a tracking # or getting a refund. Sucks not having a bike for so long! I should've just got the part locally...
