Did not get contacts the day of exam as I was TOLD when I originally made the appointment and as I expected. Staff follow up was patchy and frankly I wouldn't recommend.

Last year I had my eyes checked. I needed glassew. I bought the Tom Ford Frames in wish the staff put plastic lenses in them

I went back this year to get my yearly ck. I also needed my glasses tighten, I purchased insurance on my glasses on the first visit. I got scratch gard an all other protection of my glasses. Now the tell me they cannot help me. My lenses are scratched. They are not...
