Dr. Neal did my refractive surgery back in December. He took his time and was very informative about the surgery. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable before the surgery. The staff was very warm and welcoming for every visit. I waited no longer than 5 minutes every time. The day of the surgery he was very warm and talked me through the whole surgery. I dont do reviews but I had to drop my 2-cents on this place. You get there everyone is just on the edge of having a really bad day.You ask a ? and it's like you stop there whole world. But the big double booking thing going on there is just no good. First visit 1 hour 34 mins ok It was my first time there so had to give them a chance.
