Having had the extreme displeasure of doing business with this man, it's hard to believe this man is a medical doctor.

It apppears to me that perhaps its time for "Dr." Singal to retire.

Dr Singal has always been courteous and professional with me. He takes as much time as needed to answer every question I have and does a great job describing things in laymen's terms. He's also fit me in when I didn't have an appointment.
