Stay Away!!! My experience with Advanced Exteriors can best be described as terrible. I contacted them about some work they had done on my roof to tell them that the shingles and metal underlay were pulling away from the roof. I was told that they had to verify they had done the work and that they would get back to, which they never did. I had to contact them, at which time they said they had done the work, but that it was not under warranty. I expected this, but asked them to come check on the roof and see what they could do, and they told me they would contact me the next day abut...
Advanced Exteriors was recommended to me by my realtor. I needed to get a new roof put on my house before the end of fall due to the ice dam issues from last year. They came out and looked at my project and found that the reason my roof was having problems with ice was due to my ventilation and insulation. Needless to say I now have a new roof and better insulation and ventilation. Out of all the people that came out they were the most knowledgeable. Everyone else just gave me a number. Advanced Exteriors went the extra step to solve the problem. I will be calling them when it's time...
