My son loved going to Gym Kids. Even though it was just once per week, he asked nearly every day if this was the day we were going there. Parking can be crowded some days. The equipment gets rearranged into different configurations to make it more interesting for the kids, and the parents are given some tips to help kids learn skills safely without being overprotective.
I have taken my daughter to Gymkids and to the preshcool (Bright beginnings) a few years ago. She loved the Gymkids class. Outr teacher was Cindy H and Susan M. Both are really good with the kids. The classes are offered on a quarter system and they fill up real fast.
The preschool attached to the ACE is Bright Beginnings. Except for Susan M, all the other teachers are really bad. I have tried...

ACE offers many classes, but their toddler/preschooler classes are great. GymKids is a gymboree rival and offers similar activities at a fraction of the cost. The classes often fill up, so you have to register early.
