Honestly I would rate it a 0 out of 5stars. I got a quote for the coverage I asked for and got charged for a different one. Much lower coverage and same price. Don't trust the guy working there....

Bait and Switch Tactics

I got a quote over the phone and when I got to their office it was a different price. They try to get you to purchase their discount card. I asked Why didnt you tell me over the phone. Managers reply, " You wouldnt have come in."The only persons benefiting is them. Bait and Switch all the way. They charge you for everything. Do not believe the managers they lie.

I had really bad experince with Adrianas insurance They told me I didn't have to pay a downpayment but i didn't know it was going to be finance, I will never recomende Adrianas insrance to my familiy or my friends.
