Other Reviews from the web
This could easily become my favorite restaurant in Dallas, but I'll have to go a few more times to gauge their consistency and see more of their work. This much is the truth: these people understand foie gras. It was the best I've ever had, which is saying something because I overindulge fairly regularly. The food here is too die for! Be warned, starve yourself before you dine here. I kid you not, every course was like a blissfull hell. I was about to burst, and could not stop eating. . . The chef is definately the star here. I don't think there is one single thing on this menu that I would not love, (and I had no idea what to order!)
If I had an option for one last meal, this is definately it!...
