I've lived in an Action-managed community for six and a half years. The service has always been consistently good. I speak to our manager about once every month about things that come up and she is always helpful and knowledgable. When I leave a message, she gets back to me quickly. Her assistant has also been help, as well as the people who answer the phone. I've been to Board meetings and our manager's supervisor is often there, providing helpful input and support. My experience with Action has been great. I have been burned by two other management companies in my previous community, but I just moved into a new community and Action has been a breath of fresh air. I've talked to live people (not voice mails) when I have called, professional, polite people have talked to me, have addressed my questions and have followed up to make sure I was happy. I was surprised by their follow through! That was not my experience with the other two companies.
As a long time Board member for an HOA, I have experience with four different management companies. Action has been, by far, the most competent, professional, flexible, and responsive company that I have worked with. While not perfect, they do whatever it takes to make the HOA successful - and to make Board members more effective. I am appreciative of all that Action has done for our community.
I have worked with Action for years and find the staff and management to be very professional. With 100,000 owners to make happy it is not surprising that a handful of people could not get what they wanted from the board or management co. Unfortunately, only the impossible to please write brutal reviews. This company is the best in the industry.
We had a great experience with this Management company! They helped us with our plumbing issues over the weekend! The Manager was on call and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! GREAT customer service!!!!
