I am having a similar experience to one of the other reviewers. It has been 7 months and I still don't have my guitar back. They don't respond to voice mails (they rarely actually answer the phone). When you do get someone on the line they don't know what is happening and can't help you. I took my Martin there because they were (at the time) a Martin authorized service center. Sometime...

It pains me to have to write a bad review about Steve's shop. I have been doing business with him since the mid '90s and have purchased two very special guitars from him in that time. definitely the place to finda good acoustic guitar. The owner was very helpful and spent about an hour with me to pick out guitars according to my preference. He even made many suggestions for me. I didnt get a guitar from here, but this place does have some amazing guitars that you may want to try out.

If you're looking for a new acoustic guitar, you must try this place out. I wasn't in the market but it wasn't a busy day and the owner spent 45 minutes handing me guitar after guitar. He knew I couldn't afford any either. In fact, the guitars I tried were so high-end I couldn't tell if his prices were any good. I do remember, however, reading somewhere on the net that he had the very best...
