TERRIBLE company!

I had the worst taxi-cap experience ever with this company! Here's the story... I had cap coming to get my friend and I at 5 am. It did not show, so I called at 5:10 to make sure they had the location and phone number correct and the dispatcher assured me it was on its way. I called again at 5:20, 5:30, and 5:40 (the last time because I had to find another ride to the airport because my flight was at 6:45am). The dispatcher had assured me each time I called the cap would be there any minute - it never came. Moral of this story... use any other cab company!

sucky service

I ordered a cab at 2pm and here it its 5:30 pm and still haven't seen a cab yet. What kind off business runs like this. I will never offer service from them again.
