I was experiencing some major slowdowns with my network and no matter what I did, I just couldn't determine the cause. I called my internet provider, I checked my antivirus, I did a defrag, I backed up everything, but no change. I finally had to cry uncle, but my usual go to guy was out of town. Arg!
