Very impressed. Nice work crew and they care about their customers (we had an issue with the carpet itself, so not their fault) instead of just installing it (it wasn't obvious to me that there was an issue) they made sure to call the carpet manufacturer and get it taken care of. Our previous flooring was installed by a "handyman" and I could tell the difference in apperance after getting it...
