We visited Acenar based on a local review that cited it for authentic Mexican cuisine. The menu does include some items we didn't see elsewhere. We ordered the Tacos a la Parrilla. They were OK, but small. The best thing about Acenar is its location....

We visited Acenar twice for dinner. Both times we were seated outside - we had a nice view of the Riverwalk and the weather both evenings was perfect. The food was very good and the servers both times were friendly and our food arrived very quickly. We will definitely eat there again the next time we visit San Antonio.
