Called this morning about my broken washer. Ace answered immediately-no holding! I was arranging for them to come out in a couple of days when he had a cancellation. He scheduled for 11:30-1:30. Carlos came about 11:30 and immediately identified the problem and fixed it all at a reasonable price. He was fast, efficient, and professional.

Fridge stopped running last night. Wife freaked out. Called two other places but could not fix it today. Called Ace at 8am and David said he'd have someone out this afternoon. I called ACE Appliance on June 16, 2014 because my refridgerator was heating up really bad. I called them TODAY, Monday, March 03, 2014, after 3 PM but before 3:30 PM. I had a repairman, Carlos, in and out of my home to fix my washer by 4:30 PM!
