Don't call. I called early on...

Don't call. I called early on a Friday morning because my furnace wasn't working. This was when the overnight temps were in the 30's. Was told they would be here Monday afternoon. They didn't show or call. When I called the next day I was told they didn't need to hear a complaint first thing in the morning. NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!!!!
