Watch out for the incompetent techs and Owner who's unwilling to admit their fault..... After several attempts to diagnose my bad condenser fan motor, they replaced it and the tech admitted 1 month later that he wired it up wrong, causing it to run backwards. The hot air blowing out sideways through the coils, instead of up and out the top, caused the demise of 8 of my shrubs around the unit....
