NEVER use this company. At first, I was pleased with the quick at home service they provided on my SUV hatchback window. I love to support the local companies, so I was happy it went well. However, 6 weeks after installation, my hatchback door wouldn't open. I took it to the dealer because it's a brand new car. They informed me that there was so much glass in the door panel that it locked up...
