I had them come out to look at a bedroom floor and needed a sub-floor and hardwood floor. It was very expensive for the carpentry work and way too high for the hardwood. So I went elsewhere. I don't think that they cared if they got my business or not.

+ Supposedly good work, but haven't seen it

Cons

- Too expensive, and terrible attitude towards customer

This company had a rep come to our house to quote a repair to hardwood flooring. There was no interest in providing a quality job to the homeowner, but was more interested in generating a cheap quote for the idiot that caused the damage, or his insurance company.
