They were very knowledgeable and provided a lot of contextually relevant information around what I should & shouldn't look for from an A/C unit; what size was correct for my home, how cooling would work between floors, etc. I found them incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and helpful. The owner (Kerry) of Abundant Heating stop by and checked out the problem and had a solution to fix the problem right away. I was really pleased to hear that the furnance could be fixed without buying a new one. I would highly recommend this business to others.
