Overall, a great experience. I probably learned more than I wanted to about appliances, but ultimately, will take their advice and stay away from several over-priced high end brands that show no quality, and bad service. They told me they would be at my house for service from 3-5pm. I called at 5:30 and they told me they would be here by 6pm. NO SHOW!! I called them and they just said, "we're happy to re-schedule". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Customer service, YEEAAAAH RIGHT! I could have picked my kids up from school and not pay for after school care! Annnoying! NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMER'S TIME AND MONEY!

I went into the store, and was mildly surprised at how large their selection was. In fact I ended up loosing my "friend" in the store twice because they have 2 huge floors of appliances and plumbing. Besides the point, I ended up buying a new Miele washer and Dryer, and a Blanco Sink. They delivered and installed next day, which blew my mind, because no other appliances could ever possibly... more
