Absolutely the WORST! I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for an estimate. Then the rude, hateful woman at the front desk asked if I'd been informed that this would take 1.5 hours to complete. Was physically threatened by employee and verbally abused by employee. He insulted me and my wife and made fun of our vehicle. I wouldn't take my vehicle here again. Techs seem nice but office staff are horrible and disrespectful. The guy kept saying it's normal to get an alignment every year after only one of our tires were worn to the wires on the side we were hit.
