Long time customer of Anita's, 1st time seeing Nilou. SHE WAS FANTASTIC! Quick and barely hurt. Super thorough. I will continue to go to Ibiza even though Anita's gone, because I'm in good hands with Nilou. Highly recommend her for waxing!

The new receptionist gave away the appointment time that she had offered me, which was very inconvenient. It also would have been nice to have some music or background noise during the 3 hours I was there. Eliana is always great & we spend a lot of time discussing what I want that day!
