When Abe's switched to the changed holiday schedule, I didn't know my trash wasn't going to be picked up because I didn't follow them on Facebook. I was a little frustrated, but no big deal. When I called to ask about it, thinking I had maybe missed something, no one answered and I heard some old, out of date hold message.

My trash pick up is on Thursdays, due to the Holiday scheduled pick moved to Friday, was advised that pick up began at 6:00am, my trash was curbside by 7:00am, I have not seen a trash truck all day, called at 12:00pm was advised they were done for the day, I find this hard to believe, your strive for great customer service is fictitious to say the least!
