I was surprised to find out that the Community Director (the person making all the promises to me about my mothers care) resigned. It happened over night so it must have been for a Major reason.I know he wanted to be there as the Director for the rest of his career. He told me this. I guess if he left it may have been that the promises could not be kept that he was making for the company. He told me that there were budget constraints and that he wanted to end employment for those not taking care of the residents but he was not always able to do what he knew should have been done. If anyone knows where Rich Cusack went let us know. I will move my mom from Aberdeen to where ever he is.
