Near closing time, my wife went inside to have our 15 month old daughter examined after a fall. The receptionist told her they were closing, but a nurse said she'd like to see our baby. She examined Cate and felt that the doctor should see her. We went to see the doctor in the back, and as the nurse was explaining our situation, Dr. Donald Able (?) said that he had 50 things to do and did not do ""curbside"". He never stopped to looked at us concerned parents or our baby, or even the nurse. He did say that we'd need to go through the admitting process, but that led us to believe that we'd...
