Made an appointment 3+ weeks prior to the date and the only reason I found out they were canceling was because I called them the day before to confirm. The excuse was something about an estimator not working...I didn't call for an estimator, I called for a plumber for some minor plumbing issues.

I won't call them again.

Fast and reliable service is what I got when I called abbotts on christmas eve. They were here within half an hour of me calling and then only stayed for about 45 minutes to replace a main valve and a section of pipe. This was the third place I called none of the others were open and I can say that I am glad none of the other places were open!! I will be calling them for all my plumbing... more
