I'm a former patient of Dr. Legrand and find him to be helpful and pleasant. The front office staff is very rude. They refused to see me because I had a Work Comp. Claim number. My regular insurance had already agreed to pay for the appointment. They are usually talking to each other instead of communicating with patients when I've been there in the past.
