Do not let the previous reviews dissuade you from going to Aaron Brothers in Glendale. Yes, they are a little more expensive than other vendors, but it has been my experience that you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap frame, buy a $ 12.99 poster frame at Big Lots or Michaels. Let me preface this review by saying that the service was so bad that it prompted me to join this site. I went to the Culver City store to have two mats cut...that's all. First, I had to hunt down the one employee on the floor, who took over 20 min just to ring up my order (after all the choices were made). Since I do the majority of my shopping online these days, I don't visit Aaron Brothers as often as I did a year ago...but I still make the occasional trip when they've got a frame sale going on.
