Folks, don't walk-run from this AAMCO Mayvale location. Horrible customer communication, constant promises broken, "finding" broken parts outside of the original estimate or problem, charging storage fees, like I said- RUN!

I enjoy doing business with Amco they are great mechanic that know what there doing And are open on Saturday, also offer financial options. :)

I took my mother-in-laws car to AAMCO for a head gasket job. The Manager/Owner David Banks was TERRIBLE with communication. I had to call him so many times to get an update on the car. David Banks was the person I spoke to throughout the whole repair process and it was terrible. He always told me "Let me find out, I will give you a call back within the hour", and then I wouldn't hear from him...

Took my car in and was told it would probably be done by that evening. Called and was told maybe tomorrow. Two more days with absolutely no communication from them. Finally I call and they tell me its done almost 4 days later. They tell me I must bring it back after 200 miles to get it inspected in order to validate the warranty. So I bring it in at 8:15 am and its now 4:30 pm and I still...

Went to Aamco to have my car fixed. Scott and the Aamco team were great. They were friendly and gave me a fair price. My car works great and I'll definitely be returning to Aamco with any of my other car needs.
