I am honestly appalled at how our service was handled. I called and was very specific about what I was looking for and why I was looking for it. My sister wanted our whole family to be able to ride together for the funeral of her 20 month old daughter who was murdered. We are all grieving and hurting like never before and not only did they fail to actually inform their driver of the situation...
