Brought my foreign car in for repairs.Was happy with the price and the quality of the work.
Be ware of bad business practices this Business was paid $495.00 to pull the transmission on my Lexus and inspect for repair . Rob the boss pulled the trans and wanted to charge me $1800 without opening and inspecting it. When I ask what was wrong with it he stated the whole trans was burned up inside. I ask how did he know this and the trans had not been opened. I knew something was not right. When i told him I wanted to take the car somewhere else he held my car hostage until I paid him more money. instead of him putting the car back together he threw the transmission in the trunk with a broken exhaust pipe and missing bolts. He talk to you nicely before he get your car once he has your car with the trans out it he turns arrogant and belligerent .and will charge you more money without doing any work. Other shops in the area have heard of his practices from their customers. Stone Park police say the respond to problems with this business all the time.after taking it to another shop I learned that only the pump had stopped working.
