i gave them my tv with a simple problem. they charged me $80 (up front!) and when i returned the next day, the problem still existed. when i asked why they didn't fix the problem, they gave me the run around and made up a story of how i told them to fix something else. they made me feel entirely uncomfortable and i felt guilty for trusting them with my money and my tv. avoid this shop. go somewhere else.
