Spoke on the phone with "Jerry", emailed "Jerry" and he said "come on in, we'll take care of ya!" Drove 1 hour from Prosper, TX with my power steering pump.
We arrive and they are not busy at all but he "didn't have the time" to remove the old pulley from the used steering pump.

Lesson learned on my part. My suggestion is look somewhere else and avoid this location at all... view more cost.

I went in to look at trucks the other day and they wouldn't let me, they were VERY rude. Their parts are the cheapest ones you can find, they don't last a long time. I wouldn't recommend any body going here unless they want to be treated BAD. Don't even waste your money or time going into this place. It's a very expensive place, their parts basically suck, and they are the rudest people.
