I received help over the phone and it was fine - I signed up for a 2 year membership for myself and my husband.We got the cheaper one with 3 miles of towing.There is also a more expensive membership with up to 100 miles of towing.We shall see what happens if we need these services over the next 2 years.

3 stars only because I didn't have to go to PennDOT. I got my registration sticker replaced in 5 min. But they charged me 27.50 for a entirely new registration, when I only needed the sticker that some asshole stole from my car. It clearly says on the price list behind the unsmiling lady that a sticker replacement is 7.50.

Whew looks like I am not alone in my experiences with this office. This office has great map vending machines, but the retail supervisor I worked with guided me to transfer my out-of-state car's title in a certain way that was different from what I originally wanted to do when I walked in the office …

Two stars only because they accomplished the task I went there for, although, certainly not with a smile on their face.Honestly the nicest person in the office is the cashier, everyone else that works there acts as if they work the worst job in America and that every customer that comes in is draining their life …
