boxes missing and unaccounted for expensive items totaled. and items left at previous residence. putrageous and costly. 1400 charge and five hundred in damages. they have insurance but homeowner covers first five hundred. nice two thousand dollar bill.

I found a futon frame that I wanted & asked for a price, since I already had the futon & only needed the frame. I waited for 20 minutes as the man looked it up in a book & told me he could order it for me for $130. I said "wow- that's great! Only $130?" He told me yes, so I had him order it.
