Absolutely a rip off business. They rented our space out twice so when we got there with our truckload of furniture it was already occupied. No other space available of course. Even though the manager admitted she had done it AGAIN ( rented the same space to two people) and we would get a full refund, it didn't happen. They kept our deposit of $115.00 and said WE breeched the contract. What a...

This is the best storage facility in Madison - hands down. I ran my business from three others, and will run it from Monona until I decide to shut down. They are clean, easy to get a hold of, don't accidentally lock me out, and take deliveries for me while I am on the job.
