I went on a Saturday morning to renew my driver's license. The first contact with an AAA associate occurred immediately. The line for photo and license issuing had approximately eight people ahead of me. The line moved quickly; I waited less than 20 minutes. Very dissatisfied as there were no leaf peeping maps at all. In fact I was told the office never received the ones that were suppose to arrive the end of August. Living in Connecticut that is one of the things we always look forward to, taking a nice drive on a Sat or Sun afternoon and stopping for lunch- apple cider, etc Seems like AAA has gotten so much into making money off further away...

I had an excellent service while purchasing tickets for Sesame Place for my family. The local agent in AAA Milford, CT was so friendly and helpful.
I got a great deal purchasing two days pass and a free meal. The weather in PA was the best. What else can I ask for

Pleasantly surprised with minimal wait time considering dmv offices we closed for the week. The customer service was great and I was in and out within approx 30min (with 4 ppl ahead of me).
