Use these people at your own risk!!!
I called to make an appointment and the service person was on time. Upon arrival I described the issue and he wrote up a quote for over $400. I signed the estimate thinking it would take him several hours to fix the issue. After 30 minutes he left, went to Home Depot to buy $30 worth of PVC and then spent 45 minutes making the repair. In other words MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT THE BILLING RATE IS...
Poor customer service, poor workmanship, inflated pricing
Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater leaks and charged me all most $400 for that. They did nice work but way over priced. I could of had the same thing done from Lowes with a high hot water heater...
