these guys ,,,or whoever their service tech was,,must have graduated from the school for the mechanically DECLINED,,left a half ass connection leaking ,apparently cant solder,didnt use silversolder in the beam as required by code,,and also hacked a main beam out of their customers house,,and just left …

Called with an emergency water main break. Was told someone would call the next day around noon to come out. At 1:15 I called them and was told it would be in the next hour. At 2:45 I called and was told it was going to be another 2 hours. Cancelled and called someone else.
